The front desk service is very rude, first of all, never inform me need to check out at 11am, second, call the room at 12 and demand payment after 12, and say late check out is impossible at 1pm and just hang up the phone, when I argue with hotel front desk, the boss comes out, so she denied everything she said and pretend very innocent as she just kindly speak to me, and told me 1pm is ok, but 3pm is impossible (which I never ask 3pm), I am happy with the hotel in terms of design and also I respect the owner put so much effort into the details but I have to say the second stay (this is second time I stayed at this hotel) the front desk lady who I cannot remember the name is either roll her eyes when I request something or rudely speaking and hang up people, and make up what I didn’t say, so very negative on the choice of the stuff, I wish they can be trained better.
